“All About Dad” is a feature film I wrote in 2004 and directed in 2007.
Though it may not be a perfect film, it was at least honest. Some of my fondest memories come from brief but amazing period in my life.
Thank you to Drama Fever, SDAFF, and Toyota, for making this presentation free, for the audience’s enjoyment.
Thanks to Todd Banhazl (DP), Jeremy Castillo (Editor), closest friends, and talented collaborators. I owe this film’s awards and humble successes to both of you.
Thanks to Susan Tran, Greg Bradley, Jared Mendiola and Januel Mercado for believing in me, and sticking around for the all-around bullshit that is my foibles.
Thanks to Barnaby Dallas and Scott Sublett, for championing the script and being pivotal in getting the film made.
Thanks to my family, whom I affectionately refer to as “The Tran Clan,” for providing a lifetime of growth, warmth, and support.
Thanks to the cast and crew for making the set more fun than headache. I owe each and every one of you…………………. a hug.
